Reserve your Vacation Rental Cart for the dates of your choosing.

• A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel outside of our 10 day cancelation policy window. 
• Within 10 days of the beginning of your reservation, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. At the discretion of Vacation Rental Carts, we may apply the deposit to a future reservation within 12-months of the canceled reservation.

At the start of your reservation, the remaining balance will be billed to your credit card in addition to a $250 damage deposit. On the first day of your reservation, the total reservation balance becomes nonrefundable. 

• Daily Damage Waiver insurance can be added to your reservation anytime before delivery at an additional cost. 

At the conclusion of your reservation, the cart will be inspected for damage and unauthorized operation. The renter is responsible for returning the cart in a reasonably clean, undamaged condition.

• If the cart is returned undamaged and in a reasonably clean condition, your damage deposit will be returned to your credit card. 
• In the event of damage to the cart, a $1,000 charge will be collected to cover the insurance deductible for damage to the cart. 
  • Any evidence of unauthorized operation of the cart or misuse may result in loss of the $250 damage deposit. This includes evidence of offroad use, stains on seat coverings, scratches or damages on panels or roof/ceiling panels, or excessive wear to the cart.

Common Questions

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

• Please call us directly at 941-882-0354.
• If canceled outside of the 10-day cancelation period, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation deposit. If you cancel within the 10-day period, the reservation deposit will not be refunded for any reason. However, Vacation Rental Carts may consider providing a credit for a future reservation made within 12-months from the cancelation date.

What if I need a couple of extra hours after the return time, or a late check-out?

• This is an option, but you will charged for an additional day. We often turn the cart over directly to the next customer so please be considerate of other customers.

• A major US credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx) is required 
• You must be at least 25 years old to rent a Vacation Rental Cart.
• You must be at least 21 years old to operate a Vacation Rental Cart and you must be listed on the rental agreement.
• All drivers must provide proof of a valid driver’s license and full automobile insurance at the time of rental.

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times by all occupants while the cart is in operation.
  • 4 passenger carts can only carry 4 passengers.
  • 6 passenger carts can only carry 6 passengers.
• Safe operation with children passengers:
  • Kids cannot sit on laps or share seatbelts with other passengers.
  • Children under 3 years of age must be in a child car seat.
  • Children under 5 years of age will need to be in a booster seat.
• Store your Vacation Rental Cart in a safe and secure area, preferably within assigned parking spaces or lots. The renter is responsible for any tickets or fines while in possession of the Vacation Rental Cart.
• Always take the key with you. 
• Do not operate your Vacation Rental Cart offroad, on beaches, sidewalks, or designated roads with a speed limit of greater than 35 mph.
• Do not place any items on the roof or top cover of the cart.
• Do not stand up while the cart is in motion or hang items off of the back of the cart. 
• Do not operate your Vacation Rental Cart while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Violation of any of these safety guidelines will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and pick-up of the cart! Please drive safely!
